| Contracts |
Rybread Studio requires a signed contract for all project orders $500 and over. Any project order under $500 does not require a contract. First-time clients are required to sign a contract for their first project regardless of the project order price.

| Revisions |
A client is allotted 2 revisions of a project. Any revision after the allotted 2 the client will be charged an additional $50 per revision. Revisions are defined as any client suggested changes to a project. A revision is counted when the designer presents a proof to the client. If the client suggests a change in the project after the designer has sent a proof, that change will be counted as the next revision.

| Payment |
All projects over $500 require 50% fee at the signing of contract. This portion of the fee is non refundable. The remaining 50% is due before the client receives the final product. If the duration of the project exceeds 90 days, the designer has the right to call the remaining payments due. The product will not be released until full payment is received and any transfer or rights is conditioned upon receipt of full payment.
The client shall assume responsibility for all collection or legal fees necessitated by default in payment. Rybread Studio charges $50.00 per week in late fees. After six weeks legal action may be taken, or payment may be sent to collection.

| Rights |
All rights of the original artwork is retained by the artist unless otherwise stated in the design contract. In most cases Unlimited Usage Rights are acclimated with the projects created by Rybread Studio. That means the client has the right to use and reproduce the work forever without being subject to licensing fees. Unlimited Usage Rights does not give the client the right to manipulate, change or add to the artwork. The client does have the option to purchase the Full Ownership Rights of work created by Rybread Studio. The Full Ownership Rights will give the client the original, raw, digital files to do with as they please. Please contact Rybread Studio for details of how to obtain Full Ownership Rights

| Design Approval Process |
Projects can be approved by either phone or email. Once a design project is finalized, any changes made to that project will be subject to additional design fees. This includes instances of typos in client provided content.

| Client provided content |
In the cases where the client is providing content, such as photos, copy, third party logos, or any other form of media, Rybread Studio will place that content "as is". We are not responsible for typos, low resolutions, or any other problem that we foresee. We will let you know if we see a problem with your content. Problems with client provided content may delay completion of the project and the deadline will be extended. In some cases Rybread Studio can fix problems with content or media, but those changes may be subject to an addition design fee.

| Hourly Rates |
Our hourly rates can range between $45 to $75 per hour. Most projects have a set price.
