Process

From start to Finish

 

Initial meeting in person, on the phone, or online – This is where you communicate with me to define your specific needs. I’ll ask you questions like: What do you like and dislike? What is your style? What sticks out to you as good art? If you don’t have any specific ideas, don’t worry, I will be able to help you form something unique.

Sign contract; make down payment – To protect both the client and the designer all clients must sign a design contract. Rybread Studio only requires 50% up front to start on your project.

I go to work – This is where the magic happens! Work begins on your commision. I will take your ideas, combined with some of my own, to create something original and awesome.

Presentation – After a few days I will present you with my ideas in the form of roughs, sketches or storyboards. This is usually done through email. From there it’s up to you to let me know if it works for you. Tell us what you like and dislike about it. My job is to create something for you that will make you happy.

Revisions – I am happy to get your art to the point where you love it. However, if the scope of the work falls outside the original bid, be prepared to be charged accordingly.

Finalization – Once you’re happy, it is time to finalize your piece. When Rybread Studio receives final payment for your order, I will ship all the digital files to you via email or compact disc. All that remains is to flood the earth with your new art and soak in all the new attention.
